Job Summary

Position: Private Wealth Advisor The Wealth Advisor is responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth management guidance focused on long-term financial security, investment growth, and protection strategies. This role provides holistic solutions in wealth creation, risk management, and wealth preservation, requiring strong financial acumen, a solid understanding of global markets, and the ability to build meaningful, lasting relationships. Primary Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Planning: Provide expert advice on wealth creation and asset protection, identifying fiduciary opportunities and recommending appropriate financial products. Portfolio Growth and Retention: Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining a portfolio that meets profitability targets, delivering personalized financial strategies and solutions. Collaborative Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships across teams to drive innovation and achieve service excellence. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of service quality and ensure compliance with legislative, audit, and regulatory standards. Process Optimization: Seek opportunities to improve efficiencies, contain costs, and enhance service delivery through strategic process improvements. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum Education : Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting. Preferred Certification : Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Experience : 35 years in banking, wealth management, or financial planning environments. Skills & Knowledge Required: Proficiency in banking and financial service systems and regulatory requirements. Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Extensive knowledge of financial markets and investment products. Additional Information: The Wealth Advisor is expected to stay informed about market developments and continuously enhance their knowledge of financial planning and wealth management.
