ENVIRONMENT:
A reputable online tutoring service, committed to delivering high-quality academic support to students across the UK, seeks an experienced Telesales to join a forward-thinking, innovative team. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a key role in engaging with families who have expressed interest in Maths and English tuition for their children. This role involves calling prospective clients who have already shown interest, ensuring that you provide them with the information they need and encouraging them to take the next step in their academic journey. No cold calling you will only be reaching out to individuals who have requested further information.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Engage Prospective Clients: Initiate calls to families who have requested further details regarding the tutoring services for their children in Maths and English.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Convert leads into confirmed tutoring appointments by providing clear, accurate, and compelling information about the tutoring services offered.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system and ensure follow-ups are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Input client details and progress into Microsoft Excel and CRM systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and weekly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that every call is handled in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner, maintaining a positive experience for all potential clients.
  • Feedback & Insights: Provide regular feedback to the management team about customer concerns, frequently asked questions, and any opportunities to improve services.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Work Hours: Willingness to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, including 5 hours on Saturday OR Sunday.
  • Experience in a Fast-Paced Environment: Proven experience working in a busy, high-energy environment, especially in roles that require multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
  • Proven Sales Experience: A strong background in sales or customer engagement, with a track record of converting leads and achieving sales or appointment-setting goals.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including parents, guardians, and students.
  • CRM & Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems for tracking leads and client interactions, with solid skills in Microsoft Excel to maintain organized records.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently.
