REQUIREMENTS Senior Travel African experience Communicating and keeping all consultants up to date on status of activities and deadlines In-depth knowledge of various destinations, luxury accommodations, and travel experiences Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills Sales and Negotiation Skills Leadership and Motivation Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Organizational and Time Management DUTIES Back up in the office as 2IC Luxury Travel Expertise researching, designing bespoke itineraries for clients, understanding their unique preferences, interests, and budgets. Lead, mentor and motivate a well established team of travel executives ensuring operational efficiency Product development designing and creating packages to help facilitate sales Contracting rates and terms and conditions with their suppliers Coordinating supplier visits – training by suppliers Training support in the office Attending local trade shows Assisting the team ensuring rates are loaded correctly in the system Pulling information / reports Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
