To support our growth, we are looking for a Manual and Automation Tester to join our Technology and Quality Assurance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, and security of web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution by the development team.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and performance testing to ensure systems meet business requirements.
- Utilize tools like Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Postman, and others for automation and performance testing.
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks to support continuous integration (CI) and delivery (CD) pipelines.
- Validate APIs and data integrity in systems involving financial transactions.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and tools in software testing and apply them to improve test processes.
- Contribute to the improvement of quality assurance standards and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 -4 years of experience in manual and automation testing, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
- Knowledge of SQL for database testing and validation.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
