DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design automation testing plans and develop automation test scripts for various technical products and services (pre, during, and post-deployment) in both ‘Run & Change’ contexts, aligning with chosen application testing frameworks and guidelines. Conduct testing across front-end, back-end, integration, performance, scalability, and regression. Ensure products are protected through quantifiable test coverage and metrics. Proactively contribute to the full solution development lifecycle as a QA automation specialist within one or multiple squads. Actively participate in daily Scrum and project planning meetings. Analyze test automation requirements during the development and optimization phases, using design specifications and technical documentation. Prepare QA and automation testing documentation (planning, design, execution, and sustainability). Develop automation test plans and execute automated test scripts using various technologies (e.g., automated scripts, test harnesses, SQL scripts). Perform various types of automation testing (regression, integration, black box, scalability). Evaluate automated test cases, analyze, and report results. Facilitate test plan and case reviews within squads. Collaborate with product engineers to evaluate software/solution quality and provide recommendations for improvement. Contribute to the design and selection of testing frameworks for business applications. Deliver all automation and technical testing deliverables on time. Provide project/scrum-related feedback on deliverables (e.g., progress, tracking, quality). Conduct performance monitoring on applications/components for which youve designed and executed test scripts/plans. Produce quality and testing outcome metrics and reports. Follow engineering best practices and continuously improve QA capabilities. Leverage coding expertise to deploy testing requirements for specific products/services. Understand the full technical solution being tested and the viability of the code being developed. Shift from testing features to supporting full product delivery. Ensure compliance with technical risk and governance requirements. Maintain adherence to automation testing frameworks and standards. Proactively identify and communicate risks. Participate in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Management processes as required, implementing mitigating actions. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS; Bachelor\’s degree in computer science, product management or relevant field. Min 3 years hands on automation testing experience. TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Assured, MQ Testing (MQ knowledge is important). Programming languageJAVA (must be competent in Java 8 min). Build Tool Maven. Version ControlGITHUB, BITBUCKET. CI/CDJenkins, Docker. Agile Tools- Atlassian suit. Testing Methodologies Functional Testing, Automation Testing, Front End Testing, API Testing. Testing FrameworkCucumber, TestNG, Data-driven and Hybrid framework. Framework Selenium framework, Rest. MANDATORY SKILLS: Product management. Previous experience as a QA engineer. Analytical and Data analysis skills. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Collaboration Test Automation SQL Quality Assurance Technical skills. PACKAGE & REMUNERATION: Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, applicable banking experience, and previous earnings.
