To ensure that the operation is run in accordance with Namlogs and Clients policies and procedures at alltimes. Develop and implement business strategies and processes that will improve the efficiency andprofitability of the account. Responsible for the operational side of the business and that the operations meetsor exceeds our clients service level agreements. Handle all HR issues and ensure the discipline of the in-houseemployees.Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:1. Ensuring the image and neatness of the operations, Vehicles and Subordinates meet with the companyand clients’ standards.2. Management of the sites assets and equipment.3. Compile and analyse monthly sites performance reports.4. Preparation and submission of monthly billing for various clients’ divisions.5. Managing the debtors aging of the contract.6. Management of the Labour Broker timesheets and invoices.7. Management of the claims against the company.8. Respond to all client queries timeously and to notify management of any issues raised by the client.9. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.10. Establish and entrench client relationships with all divisions of the client and their Branch Network.11. Seek alternative business opportunities within the client to improve business processes.12. Promote continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance service delivery to the client.
