Job Summary

The ideal Procurement and Warehouse Logistics Supervisor is experienced in procurement and logistics, highly organized, and detail-oriented. They excel in problem-solving, communication, and collaboration with suppliers and teams. Tech-savvy and confident in decision-making, they ensure efficient stock management, timely purchases, and process improvements while maintaining professionalism and results-driven focus. Candidate Requirements: Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Excellent administration and organizational abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, with essential Excel skills. Organized & Detail-Oriented Team Player with Strong Communication Analytical & Problem-Solver Quick Learner & Critical Thinker Confident & Professional Results-Driven & Deadline-Focused Candidate Responsibilities: Oversee stock movement, procurement, and delivery schedules. Purchasing & Coordination: Prioritize purchases, track deliveries, and ensure alignment with SOPs. Communication: Liaise with lodges, suppliers, and internal teams. Inventory Management: Track stock, warranties, and item conditions. Courier & Transport: Manage deliveries, returns, and company vehicles. Order Processing: Review lodge orders, update pricing, and ensure accurate invoicing. Supplier Management: Check invoices, analyze pricing, and update procurement sheets. Warehouse & Office Management: Maintain storerooms, organize stock, and ensure quality control. Live out position
