SUMMARY Ops Controller that supports financial team by linking operations and finances, improving efficiencies. Loves playing Padel with the ability to travel South Africa and strives to learn more about a padel business. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATION: No formal postgraduate required (Beneficial) EXPERIENCE: Competencies COMMUNICATION: Verbal Communication Comprehension COGNITION/THINKING: Analysis/Reasoning Decision making & judgement PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS: Self-Management Stress Tolerance Attention to detail INTERACTION WITH OTHERS: Influencing other Teamwork MANAGEMENT QUALTIES : Business Alignment Strategic Vision DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Support Padel host Duties Relieve Management duties. Event support Payroll Related Check rosters and attendance. HR Admin Check on leave and sick leave. Maintain HR Ops file. Inductions Stock Control Stock takes and inputs. Stock movement Maintenance and Facility Checks Racket quality Court check Infrastructure checks Operational Inventory Standard stock. e. sand Back up net Cross Service boxes check.
