Job Summary
Duties:
- Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customers leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customers problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continues communication, ensuring an open flow of information.
- and any other tasks necessary for the conduct of the employer’s business, as the employer may from time to time direct.
Requirements:
Grade 12
A related Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
Customer service excellence
Interpersonal skills
Target driven
Ability to generate leads
Experience in a similar position with 35 years experience in the Compressed Airfield will be an advantage.
Drivers license
Excellent English and Afrikaans communication skills.
Reliable vehicle
Reside in the Pretoria / Johannesburg or Heidelberg area
Remuneration:
Basic Market related salary with pension offered after the 3-month probation period
Incentives based on targets being reached consecutively
