Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of architectural designs, from concept to detailed working drawings.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for planning and construction.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless coordination.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications.
• Research materials, construction techniques, and regulations to ensure best practices.
• Support planning applications and liaise with relevant authorities.
• Develop 3D models, renders, and presentation materials for project proposals.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
• Knowledge of building regulations, construction techniques, and planning procedures.
• Experience in technical detailing and producing construction documentation.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• A valid driving license is an advantage.
