Job Summary
- Matric
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
Responsibilities:
- Credit Notes: Raise high volumes of credit notes and compile monthly credit note schedules.
- Municipal Accounts: Save invoices and prepare detailed monthly schedules.
- Customer Credit Applications: Prepare application packs, conduct reference checks, and obtain credit bureau reports.
- Traffic Fine Management: Process payments, manage duplicates, and prepare payroll deduction schedules.
- Office Supply Management: Order supplies for office and warehouse (including tea/coffee, water, and monthly groceries).
- Route Sheet Processing: Check route sheets, distribute to relevant staff, and manage cash invoice recording.
- Travel Bookings: Arrange flights, vehicles, and accommodation.
- Cell Phone Administration: Assist with upgrades, SIM swaps, billing queries, and related tasks.
- Courier Coordination: Arrange ad hoc courier collections and deliveries.
- Filing & Recordkeeping: Maintain organized physical and digital records.
- Ad Hoc Finance Support: Provide general assistance to the finance department as needed.
