Job Summary
- Matric is essential
- 3+ years of experience in a related role
- Automotive Industry experience would be beneficial
- Working experience on Evolve would be beneficial
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing of invoices
- Rebates invoicing
- Processing of all Ford invoices
- Rebates
- VLP
- PBR
- Monthly billing invoices
- Service plan and warranty billing
- Receipting payments received (Bank) – receipting portal
- Allocations of GL accounts / Cash Control / Vehicle Debtors / Certain AR and AP accounts
- Clearing till accounts (Daily Bank – speed point payments)
- Processing and Allocation of warranty and esc payments – the AR accounts and AP account
- Floorplan interest processing
- Floorplan payments
- Plan exchange on floorplan
- Salary input
- Rebates invoicing
