Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: – Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our short business courses.- Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media, email, and PPC advertising.- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis.- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and course descriptions.- Organize and participate in events, seminars, and webinars to increase brand awareness.- Manage the academy’s online presence, ensuring a cohesive and positive brand image.- Monitor and report on campaign performance and effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, sponsors, and media outlets.Qualifications: – Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the education sector.- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Creative thinking with a results-oriented approach.- Familiarity with graphic design and content creation is an advantage.What We Offer: – Competitive salary and Commission package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- Supportive and collaborative work environment.
