Job Summary

Employer Description Our client provides electrical solutions to the industrial sectors. Job Description This is a 4-year fixed term contract with a possibility of extension based on performance. You will be responsible for the following: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multidisciplinary EPC projects across various locations Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring high performance and professional development Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Maintain a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement, in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18000, and SHEQ guidelines Oversee contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and project risk management Develop, implement, and maintain standardized processes, systems and policies across project delivery Qualifications ECSA-registered as a Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) or Professional Engineering Technologist (Pr Tech Eng) An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is advantageous Skills 1520 years in the EPC industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale projects Proven experience in managing projects involving electrical systems, mechanical installations, and civil works Willingness and ability to travel extensively to various project sites across South Africa Strong understanding of contract negotiation, budgeting, and financial management Benefits Company Vehicle Cellphone Allowance
