Job Summary

Position:KZN Requirements: Matric Clear Criminal Record. Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) or National Diploma or similar analytical and commercial qualification specifically prioritizing consumerism, business and retail understanding. Experience: Exposure to sales within a B2B environment. Data extraction, Data Analysis and Data Evaluation skill and experience will be advantageous. Understanding of consumers and packaging in the Plastic Industry. Business operating fundamentals and practical knowledge. Commercial understanding and supply chain knowledge. Knowledge: Work experience (preferably in the Plastic Packaging Industry). Commercial understanding. Supply chain knowledge. Skills: Facilitation skills. Negotiation skills. People Management skills. Conflict Management skills. Relations Development and maintenance skills. Verbal and written communication skills. Numerical and verbal reasoning skills. Good listening skill. Other Special Requirements Presentable Influencer Technical potential or technical mindset. Curious – a good listener Dynamic – a real peoples person Tenacious Attention to detail. Decision Making Able to make good business aligned judgement decisions within Sales position. Accountability Responsible for all activities linked to position as defined. Job Summary

A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your application EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : Manufacturing / Packaging BASIC SALARY : R800 000 per annum START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), National Diploma, or a similar analytical and commercial qualification, with a focus on consumerism, business, and retail understanding Work experience (preferably in the plastic packaging industry) Experience or exposure to sales within a B2B environment Strong data skills, including data extraction, analysis, and evaluation (experience advantageous) Understanding of consumers and packaging in the plastics industry Solid business fundamentals and practical operational knowledge Knowledge of supply chain processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Commercial understanding Facilitation skills Negotiation skills People management skills Conflict management skills Relationship development and maintenance skills Strong verbal and written communication Numerical and verbal reasoning skills Good listening skills DUTIES: Develop Customer Relationships and Knowledge: Identify and engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs. Implement relationship-building techniques to ensure customer and contractor retention. Promote and market the company value proposition effectively. Service Delivery: Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained. Provide customers with detailed knowledge of the companys products and solutions. Anticipate customer challenges and opportunities and implement proactive solutions. Handle customer complaints and queries in line with company policy Facilitate smooth progress and flow of customer projects. Administration and Reporting: Complete all required administrative tasks and reports, including but not limited to: Daily logging of client meetings Weekly log sheets Submission and follow-up of quotes Weekly estimates CCR (Customer Complaint Report) logging and follow-up Review of back-orders and customer stock control Annual budgeting Pre-production and rough order submissions Ad hoc reporting as requested by management Self-Management: Effectively plan personal time on a daily and weekly basis. Set personal performance goals and create an actionable plan to achieve them. Self-Development and Growth: Conduct realistic assessments of personal strengths and areas for development and take action to address any gaps. Continuously develop knowledge and skills relevant to the role. Stay informed about industry innovations and technical advancements to support personal and company growth. Demonstrate teamwork, cooperation, and leadership in all professional interactions. Maintain high standards in product and service quality.
