Job Summary
Cape Town – Western Cape – South Africa
- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
- Create and manage content calendars for social media campaigns.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Implement tracking and conversion goals using tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, and cost per lead/sale.
- Analyse data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Generate regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve results.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, targeting, and other elements to identify best-performing strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality ad creatives.
- Work with marketing teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding campaign performance and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
- Maintain relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint).
- Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
