Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
-
Oversee the day-to-day operations of both lodges, ensuring consistent standards and seamless service delivery.

Lead, train, and motivate multi-disciplinary teams, including front-of-house, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, and field staff.
-
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and personalised service.
-
Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficiency and compliance.
-
Manage budgets, cost controls, and stock management across both lodges.
-
Liaise with the reservations and sales teams to optimise occupancy and revenue.
-
Oversee property maintenance and presentation to ensure the lodges remain in pristine condition.
-
Drive staff development and training initiatives to build a high-performance culture.
-
Coordinate and manage lodge events, special functions, and VIP guest experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years lodge or luxury hospitality management experience, preferably with multi-property oversight.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent financial acumen with proven experience in budget management and cost control.
- Ability to work in a remote bush environment with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Hands-on management style with a keen eye for detail.
- Computer literate (MS Office, lodge management systems).
- Valid drivers license and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
