Job Summary
- Research and target new hotel opportunities to expand the curated collection.
- Pitch the business model to prospective partners via email, phone, and video calls.
- Negotiate favourable commercial terms that balance member value with partner objectives.
- Develop tailored value propositions for each property.
- Maintain and progress a robust partnership pipeline.
- Adapt presentations and proposals to suit various hotel stakeholders.
- Lead outbound sales campaigns to generate interest and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for smooth partner onboarding.
Requirements
Skills:
- Native-level or excellent English proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
- Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of value creation.
- Skilled negotiator able to establish win-win agreements.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to adapt approaches for different hotel profiles.
Experience:
- University degree.
- Knowledge of the hotel and travel sector, including distribution models and market dynamics.
- Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within an online or tech-driven business.
- History of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
