Ideal Candidate

• CA(SA) with 3+ years post-articles experience
• Strong group finance exposure, preferably in a Group FM role
• Solid experience with consolidations, tax, and multi-entity reporting
• Proven track record in the property industry (within the last 3 years is essential)
• Confident communicator with strong leadership potential

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Full group-level responsibility across multiple entities
• Manage consolidations, group reporting, and compliance
• Lead tax planning and ensure regulatory accuracy

This role offers exposure to complex group structures, strategic leadership, and the opportunity to partner closely with executives to shape the financial future of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee group consolidations and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Manage statutory reporting, compliance, and corporate governance requirements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management at a group level.
