Lead the company’s financial strategy and long-term planning efforts
Oversee management of the organization’s cash flow and liquidity
Assess financial risks by reviewing liabilities and investment opportunities
Guide the company’s fundraising initiatives and manage its capital framework
Ensure operational cash flow meets business needs
Direct and support the finance team, including controllers and bookkeepers
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Generate accurate financial reports and forecasts for decision-making
Ensure all financial activities adhere to legal standards and internal policies
Compile detailed monthly and quarterly financial reports for investors and stakeholders
Prepare comprehensive board reports on a quarterly basis
Manage corporate governance and company secretarial duties across the group
Oversee all contractual documentation and agreements as the primary custodian
 
Skills & Experience:
Qualified CA(SA) or ACMA, CGMA
Minimum 8+ years of experience performing the full finance function
Consolidations and Intercompany transactions experience is required
Staff Management – non negotiable
Able to travel to office everyday

CA(SA) or fully qualified ACMA, CGMA
