Key Responsibilities: Assist with a high volume of legal tasks in a fast-paced environment Draft and proofread legal correspondence and documents with precision Handle dictaphone typing and prepare large bundles of legal documentation (photocopying, scanning, filing) Manage invoicing, arrange payment of invoices, and reconcile accounts Sort and file documents in chronological order Keep things organized, efficient, and accurate across all tasks Work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently Key Skills & Experience: At least 3 years experience working in a legal firm with an understanding of legal practice and general legal processes (action and application proceedings) Corporate/commercial legal experience is beneficial but not required Strong proficiency with Excel and Word Excellent communication and administrative skills Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently Must have your own reliable transport Please note that we are unable to consider candidates who are currently pursuing LLB studies.
