Skills and Requirements: Minimum Matric Certificate or completed N3 Technical/mechanical background preferred Experience in parts sales or stores management; preferably in material handling or automotive industries Valid drivers license essential Strong knowledge of machine components and equipment Excellent communication and customer service skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to; Assist customers with parts inquiries and quotations Identify correct parts using manuals, systems, or supplier databases Process parts orders Follow up on quotations and convert to sales Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock deliveries Organize and maintain the parts store for easy access and inventory accuracy Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies Monitor stock levels and reorder parts to avoid shortages Label and shelve parts according to company standards Issue parts to technicians and record usage accurately Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the stores area
