- Experience in pattern making
- Knowledge of foundry processes and pattern shop equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Physical stamina and strength
- Attention to detail and quality control skills
- Teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in a jobbing foundry
