Duties & Responsibilities We are seeking a Long-Term Supervisor/ Bin Controller to oversee our long-term stock holding in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have solid warehousing experience, with the ability to work accurately, systematically, and under pressure . Key Responsibilities: Supervise dispatching and receiving operations Manage and reconcile stock control Oversee and coordinate loading of containers Ensure accuracy of records and reporting Lead and support warehouse staff to meet operational targets ? Desired Experience & Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ warehousing experience Proven supervisory experience Strong knowledge of dispatch, receiving, and stock management Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting) Computer literate (MS Office & warehouse systems) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Package & Remuneration R15 000 CTC Performance incentives Medical Aid Retirement Annuity Additional Requirements Must pass a pre-employment polygraph to demonstrate honesty and integrity Contactable references are essential
