Key Responsibilities: Craft freight movement solutions and pricing strategies that make commercial sense Manage and report on sales estimates, KPIs and quarterly performance Maintain tight communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and service excellence Ensure compliance with all quality management and freight forwarding standards Keep pricing data sharp, consistent and competitive across multi-modal estimates Job Experience and Skills Required: Matric (with Mathematics) Relevant NQF 5 qualification Minimum 7 years multi-modal estimating experience in freight forwarding Deep understanding of freight forwarding, clearing documentation, rates management and tender processes Strong numeracy, analytical mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, customer-driven environment
