Our client is seeking a dynamic Human Capital Analyst to collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics – translating these into actionable recommendations for recruitment, retention, compliance, and transformation. This is more than just reporting: it’s about driving people-centered strategies that enable growth and long-term success.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare talent management and transformation reports for senior leadership, Board, and Committees.
• Compile Human Capital dashboards, analyse workforce data, and identify key trends.
• Conduct benchmark analysis on human capital metrics, remuneration, and long-term incentives.
• Support ESG agenda through identification and tracking of relevant metrics.
• Lead Employment Equity reporting, submissions, and monitoring across the organisation.
• Collaborate with executives and business units, providing data-driven insights that shape strategic decisions.
• Manage high-level stakeholder engagement, from sourcing senior leaders to supporting executive correspondence.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economic or Mathematical Sciences, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in Human Capital with strong exposure to analytics and reporting.
• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Solid understanding of HR legislation and compliance.
