Key Responsibilities:

• Implement statistical reporting processes and present timeous reports to stakeholders
• Analyse customer and player behaviour, spending patterns, and demographic trends
• Download, clean, and synthesise raw data to produce accurate statistical reports
• Identify discrepancies in statistical models and implement corrective actions
• Generate ad-hoc reports and simplify findings for executive stakeholders
• Maintain and improve workflow platforms and business workflows
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, Gambling Board, and regulatory requirements

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:

• Matric + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or similar quantitative field

Experience:

• 3–5 years’ experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
• Proven experience with Power BI (or equivalent) and advanced Excel including VBA programming
• Exposure to ETL processes, data warehousing, and statistical analysis software (SPSS, SQL, Power Query)

Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail, process-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• Adaptability to change and willingness to continuously improve processes
