About the Role
As a Travel Agent, you’ll guide customers through every step of crafting their ideal tripfrom recommending destinations to booking flights, hotels, and travel extras. This role is perfect for someone who blends world-class customer service with sharp sales instincts and a passion for travel.

What You’ll Lead
Build long-term customer relationships and grow repeat business
Design tailor-made travel itineraries based on client needs and preferences
Provide expert advice on destinations, travel insurance, visas, and products
Maximise sales through upselling and cross-selling travel services
Respond to enquiries, follow up on leads, and manage post-booking service
Maintain accurate client information using internal booking systems
Work on a roster including weekends and public holidays

What You Bring
Minimum 1 year in a target-driven sales environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong consultative sales and customer service abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus) is advantageous
A genuine passion for travel and global destinations
