Requirements:

Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role within a luxury boutique hotel, lodge, or restaurant

Culinary qualification preferred

Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently

Creative flair and attention to detail

Must already reside in Cape Town (position is not live-in)

Responsibilities:

Prepare and present a variety of high-quality breakfast dishes, including hot and cold options, baked goods, and la carte items

Ensure all meals are served on time and in accordance with guest preferences and dietary requirements

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen station throughout service

Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory and ordering for breakfast supplies

Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation

Enhance the guest experience by providing a warm and welcoming breakfast service
