We are urgently seeking a Sales Support Engineer to join a leading technology solutions provider in the Broadcast, Telecoms, and Electronics sectors. This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role providing both pre- and post-sales support.
Minimum Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering
• 1–2 years’ experience in electronics or telecommunications
• Familiarity with electronic test & measurement equipment
• Knowledge of RF, microwave, or optical measurement techniques is advantageous
• Strong technical aptitude, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and keen to grow in a high-tech sales environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical pre-sales support, including solution design and accurate quotations
• Deliver post-sales support to ensure customer success
• Develop and provide technical training to end-users
• Support trade shows, seminars, and events
• Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to both customers and internal teams
• Continuously upskill and stay ahead of industry trends

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work after hours when required
• Valid driver’s license, passport, and reliable vehicle
• Available for regional and international travel
