Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and engaging Reservationist to join a prestigious luxury wine estate located in Franschhoek.

Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

Job Type: Full time

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken)
  

• Relevant qualification in hospitality preferred
  

• Experience in a similar role advantageous
  

• Professional, well-groomed appearance with excellent interpersonal skills
  

• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work hospitality hours including weekends and public holidays
  

• Computer literate, with experience using OPERA software beneficial
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing hotel room bookings and reservations
  

• Liaising with booking agents and conducting site inspections
  

• Communicating effectively with guests and colleagues
  

• Performing general administrative tasks
