ProStaffSelect are in search of a passionate, energetic, highly organized ASSISTANT RESTAURANT / FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER to oversee daily operations at this very sophisticated Wine Estate Restaurant.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Qualification in food service/Hospitality Management with a passion for FOOD & WINE

– 4-6 years Restaurant Management experience in top quality / elegant restaurants and wine estates / 5* hotels

– Well presented, service focused with the ability to deal with clientele

– Able to handle stress and work under pressure

– Effective delegator / able to solve problems and find solutions

– Shows attention to detail, must be self-disciplined with excellent planning and organizational skills

– Flexibility to work weekends and holidays and certain evenings for functions (if needed)

– Exceptional knowledge of food and beverages, including bar and wine varieties

– Positive personality who focused on motivating and managing the team
