??? ??????????? ??????????? is assisting an established safari company with a portfolio of luxury lodges in Tanzania to recruit a highly qualified and experienced ????? ???????

This is a unique opportunity to play a leading role in shaping the next generation of safari guides by ensuring that guiding standards reflect international best practice, Tanzanian regulations, and the companys premium guest experience ethos.

The role will encompass both classroom-based modules and practical field instruction, supported by structured training programs, policies, and manuals. Beyond training delivery, the Guide Trainer will mentor and coach guides at all levels, conduct assessments and certifications, and introduce innovative programs to build knowledge of flora, fauna, conservation ethics, and guest relations.

A key part of the role will be to support career development pathways within the guiding department, ensure ongoing compliance with training standards and safety protocols, and drive excellence across all guiding operations in alignment with conservation principles.

Requirements

Diploma or certificate in Professional Guiding, Wildlife Management, and FGASA Level III (mandatory).

Minimum of 10 years guiding experience, ideally within luxury safari operations in East or Southern Africa.

In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian flora, fauna, ecosystems, and conservation practices.

Proven experience developing training manuals, structured training programs, and policies.

Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Highly motivated, disciplined, and organized with excellent personal presentation.

Passionate about conservation and environmental stewardship, with the ability to inspire and develop others.

Physically fit and resilient, able to thrive in remote field environments.
