What Youll Do
- Run the floor like a pro making sure every service flows seamlessly from day to night.
- Create those wow moments that define true luxury hospitality and keep guests coming back.
- Lead and inspire a passionate team to deliver five-star service with flair and personality.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality, consistency, and guest care.
- Partner with the kitchen and bar to deliver bold, creative menus and unforgettable experiences.
- Keep an eye on numbers, budgets, and performance while never losing sight of guest excellence.
- Drive initiatives that position the venue as the luxury hotspot in Cape Town.
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 3 years experience in a luxury, five-star restaurant, hotel, or lifestyle venue.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and get the best from your team.
- Someone who thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environments while maintaining grace under pressure.
- Strong understanding of financial performance, budgets, and cost control.
- A genuine passion for five-star hospitality, innovative dining, and guest storytelling.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events when the magic happens.
