? Key Responsibilities:

Conduct guided tours for guests across the groups Western Cape properties

Lead daily excursions including Cape Point, the Cape Winelands, and Cape Town City

Deliver engaging, informative, and enjoyable tour commentary

Ensure all guests experience exceptional service and comfort

Maintain the highest standard of professionalism and safety

? Requirements:

Registered and qualified Tourist Guide (Western Cape)

Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit)

In-depth knowledge of Cape Town, the Winelands, and local attractions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
