Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, products, and distribution channels to drive sales growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to define personalized approaches.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure accountability for business outcomes while adhering to governance and risk management standards.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing.
- Proven experience in the insurance industry, particularly long-term insurance and group schemes.
- Familiarity with business software and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong strategic, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends within the insurance sector.
- Ability to travel for client meetings.
- Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
