Luxury Lodge in the Hoedspruit area is looking for a Spa Therapist.

Duties:

Treatments include but not limited to massages, facials and pedicure and manicure

Guest Service and Relations

Hygiene

Equipment Maintenance

Stock Levels

Marketing of the lodge treatments on offer

Basic reception work in the spa

Requirements:

Grade 12

Specific certifications in treatments like massage, facials, body treatments or other spa-related therapies.

Valid qualification / certification to practice massage or beauty therapy.

Knowledge of skincare and beauty products

Proficiency in basic spa services such as massages, facials, body scrubs and manicures / pedicures.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to manage appointments and schedules efficiently.

Ability to work well as part of a team and support junior staff.

Communication skills

Well organised and likes to work in a clean environment

Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends and new treatments.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices in a spa environment.

Must show Initiative to problem solve and work with fellow staff

Adhere to high service standards to ensure the best quality of service

Passionate about guest satisfaction

Honest and must have good integrity
