Rustenburg: Sales Representative

Candidate Profile – Matric qualified – Holds a valid Drivers License – Has 35 years experience as a Sales Representative within the Mining industry – Service-oriented, detail-driven, and strong under pressure – A confident communicator with a proactive attitude – Technically inclined with solid mechanical knowledge – Organised, computer-literate, and self-motivated – Honest, reliable, and solutions-focused – Able to work independently and manage client relationships effectively Key Responsibilities – Develop new business opportunities within target industries – Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients – Prepare and manage quotations via CRM system – Oversee stock orders, deliveries, and branch logistics – Supervise and support the branch assistant – Track projects and parts from order to delivery – Achieve sales and branch performance targets – Represent the company professionally across the region Salary & Benefits – Basic Salary: R55 000 – Car Allowance: R10 000 – Commission: 10% on gross profit (GP) once sales exceed your cost to company (CTC). Paid one month in arrears. – 13th Cheque: Payable annually on a pro rata basis if not employed for a full calendar year. – Company Benefits: Company cell phone (for business use) Company laptop Fuel card for business-related travel – Retirement Annuity: After 3 months, company contribution of approximately R2 000 per month to Liberty RA policy, with option for personal contributions.
