Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of courier operations, including scheduling pickups, booking deliveries, and preparing required documentation (invoices, waybills, tracking records). Handle internal mail, collections, deliveries, and related postal services. Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records using Microsoft Office and courier software. Assist with archiving administration, stock retrievals, and data capturing. Provide general office and facilities support, including printing, scanning, binding, and document preparation. Offer frontline assistance (reception cover) and support health and safety and facilities coordination activities. Liaise with service providers and assist with Wills Administration and other administrative duties as needed. Requirements Matric (Grade 12). At least 2 years experience working in a legal firm . Experience in courier, mailroom, or administrative support functions. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
