Data Engineering Projects : Lead the development and delivery of large-scale data solutions, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality results. System Maintenance & Support : Oversee system upkeep, database optimization, and codebase enhancements to maintain data integrity and performance. Knowledge Sharing : Mentor junior engineers and document best practices to ensure effective knowledge transfer across teams. Experience and Skills Required: Education : BEng , BSc (Comp Sci) , or a related STEM qualification. Other degrees in IT, Math, or Stats will be considered with relevant experience. Experience : At least 4 years in Data Engineering, with hands-on experience in ETL , Data Warehousing , and Big Data environments. Minimum 2 years in a leadership role, managing data engineering teams and delivering large-scale data projects. Skills : SQL (MSSQL required; other databases like Oracle/MySQL a plus) PowerBI , SSRS , SSAS experience Strong programming in Python , DAX , with knowledge of PySpark and other tools like Azure , Databricks , Synapse Experience with GIS or telemetry data processing is beneficial Apply Now!
