The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations, exceptional service standards, and a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Supervise; train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance. Monitor and maintain service standards, ensuring a consistent guest experience. Oversee stock control, purchasing, and inventory management. Implement and maintain operational procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Handle scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as required.
