What youll be doing: Guiding clients post-deposit with visas, travel essentials & personalised touches Supporting clients before & during their trips, including reminders and special messages Managing bookings, add-ons like day tours or balloon safaris, and handling changes/refunds Working closely with suppliers to smooth out any travel bumps What youll bring: Matric Diploma in Travel & Tourism or similar (a plus) 35 years travel experience, with strong customer service & telesales skills Confidence using quoting systems (Bazaruto experience advantageous) Exceptional organisation, communication & problem-solving skills Perks & Details: ?
