Brief: Our client is seeking to employ a talented and competitive Internal Sales who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The Internal Sales will play a fundamental role in achieving their ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The successful candidate must be comfortable making agreed targeted sales calls per day, working with the sales team and their partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Responsibilities: Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client connects Understand customer needs and requirements Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets Maintain and expand our database of prospects within your assigned territory Build & manage your sales pipeline and close deals Maintain and nurture relationships with clients acquired growing repeat profitable customers Develop a deep understanding of products to effectively communicate with customers. Requirements: Proven sales experience minimum of 5 years Track record of over-achieving targets Strong phone presence and experience in cold calling Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Must be fully computer literate across all MS applications Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Afrikaans speaking Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Must be a team player
