About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to join our team, providing strategic legal guidance and leading various aspects of our company’s legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background in contract drafting and management, as well as expertise in litigation and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
- Leading and managing litigation and arbitration matters on behalf of the company
- Providing compliance and regulatory oversight
- Delivering strategic legal guidance
Requirements
- LLB degree
- Admitted Attorney
- A minimum of 5 years post-articles experience
- Proven commercial background in contract drafting and management
- Expertise in litigation and dispute resolution
