Umhlanga Rocks: Senior Administrator (Wealth)

Minimum requirements: Diploma or Certificate IV in Financial Services (or working toward) Management or leadership training/certification (advantageous but not essential). Minimum 45 years experience in a Wealth Management / Financial Planning Administration role. Proficient in Xplan and various financial provider systems. Strong knowledge of Local and Offshore Investments, Pensions, Endowments, RAs and Estate Planning. Demonstrated understanding of the regulatory environment and advice compliance frameworks. Excellent organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detail. Manage the full administration of client portfolios including switches, withdrawals, contributions, pension transfers, and payments and quarterly reviews. Process new business and ongoing service requests across a wide range of products (Allan Gray, AIMS, Old Mutual, Credo, SwissQuote, etc.) Ensure timely and accurate lodgement of applications and compliance documentation Consultant: Daphney Malotoane – Dante Personnel East Rand
