Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of financial strategy aligned with business goals. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis. Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and South African financial regulations. Manage risk, internal controls, audits, and financial governance processes. Provide strategic insights to support growth, investment, and business decisions. Lead and develop a high-performing finance team. Engage with actuaries on insurance product performance. Participate in board, executive, and insurance fund committees. Experience & Skills Required CA(SA) 5 years in a Finance Director role. Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills. Solid understanding of IFRS, financial controls, and risk management. Experience with financial systems and strong MS Office skills. Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
