Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide professional financial advice and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales process.
- Finance Facilitation: Secure vehicle financing by liaising with financial institutions, presenting tailored financial and insurance solutions.
- Sales of Value-Added Products: Promote and sell warranties, service plans, and other aftermarket products.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all transactions and documentation comply with NCA and FAIS regulations.
- Contract Management: Review finance contracts, conduct credit checks, and submit accurate applications to financial institutions.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on sales performance, profitability, and F&I metrics.
- Team Support: Train and assist sales staff in understanding financial products and compliance standards.
- Customer Loyalty: Foster strong relationships to build trust, satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Data Privacy: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Qualified F&I with NCA exam pass
- Professional certifications (mandatory):
- RE5 Certificate
- NCA Accreditation
- Fit & Proper Compliance Verification
- Previous experience as an F&I Manager within a dealership environment (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of financial principles, lending practices, and insurance products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with F&I software systems and financial tools
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
