Key Responsibilities:

• Execute functional, manual, and automated testing across multiple software applications.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Track, document, and report software defects and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the software lifecycle.
• Maintain and improve testing tools, processes, and procedures, including Selenium, Jira, and TestRail.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

• Relevant tertiary qualification (BSc or equivalent) in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience:

• 3–4 years’ experience in software testing (manual, automation, and functional).
• Experience in logistics, retail, or supply chain systems is highly advantageous.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.

Skills:

• Solid understanding of software development and QA methodologies.
• Practical experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Jira, and TestRail.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Personal Attributes:

• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical, structured approach.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership of tasks.
