We are seeking an experienced IBM Cognos TM1 / Planning Analytics Developer on a 6 month contract basis to design, develop, and maintain financial performance management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial modelling, data integration, report development, and system optimization using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain TM1 / Planning Analytics models, including cubes, dimensions, rules, and hierarchies.
• Develop TurboIntegrator (TI) processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Perform financial and operational modelling for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Design and publish reports and dashboards using TM1 Web, Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), and Excel integration tools.
• Integrate and automate data loading processes from multiple source systems.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for TM1 applications.
• Optimize the performance of cubes, processes, and reports.
• Manage TM1 application security, user roles, and permissions.

Project Management & Business Engagement

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for financial and operational performance projects.
• Collaborate with finance, business analysts, IT, and stakeholders to deliver business-focused solutions.
• Prepare system documentation, user guides, and conduct end-user training sessions.

Automation & Process Improvement

• Automate routine reporting and data integration processes to improve efficiency.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for system optimization and reporting enhancements.

Maintenance & Upgrades

• Perform system administration, backups, upgrades, and patch management.
• Ensure high availability, system integrity, and compliance with IT standards.
