Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Pastry Chef to create exquisite pastry dishes for both à la carte and banqueting services in a hotel setting.
- A formal Pastry Qualification
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of working experience.
- This role involves designing innovative dessert menus, specialising in Chocolate and Sugar work.
- The Senior Pastry Chef will oversee the Pastry team, ensuring high-quality standards, presentation, and consistency.
- Strong leadership and creativity are essential, along with a deep understanding of pastry techniques.
- The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about culinary excellence.
